Because no success is attained individually, and team work is the key, IPT management organized a workshop for all its employees to help them develop their communication skills.
The workshop was led by Mrs. Désirée Khoury, the Managing Director of QMS Engineers, and took place at IPT headquarters on Saturday the 30th of March and aimed to empower their verbal and non-verbal communication style, and relational skills.
Employees listened attentively to the theoretical part and engaged in the practical part creatively. By the end of the workshop, participants acknowledged different styles of communication, improved their understanding and built better rapport with others. They also learnt more about the role of body language in having an effective communication and had an idea on basic etiquette. The participants received a certificate of participation at the end of the session. Check album below.
