Always under the framework of "Training & Development", HR Department at IPT conducted last week a professional training session about "Advanced Communication Skills" attended by colleagues from different departments.
The Training aimed at improving communication skills through understanding the different forms of communication, the basics of negotiation, the importance of effective listening, in addition to bypassing communication barriers. The training is essential and it helps in leading an effective communication and becoming more persuasive.
