- LPG Division: Manages the nationwide distribution and retail of liquefied petroleum gas.
- Network & Wholesalers Directorate: Coordinates operations across IPT’s fuel station network and ensures service continuity for wholesale clients.
- Commercial Department: Leads market development strategies, partnerships, and client-facing initiatives.
- Communication Department: Executes strategies that support brand growth and business objectives and drives corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and brand reputation.
- Finance & Accounting: Handles strategic financial planning, reporting, and performance control.
- Administrative Services: Encompasses Human Resources, Legal, and administrative operations.
- Operations Department: Ensures cross-departmental coordination, process efficiency, and service excellence.
