In line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are committed to making a meaningful contribution to a more sustainable world. Our initiatives are carefully aligned with specific SDGs, as core contributions we are aligned with SDGs 7, 9, 11, and 13; additionally, as a responsible business approach, we are committed to 3, 5, 8, 12, 14, and 15. As an overarching goal, we are also dedicated to SDG 17 on partnerships.
In 2024, IPT proudly joined the UN Global Compact Network Lebanon’s #ForwardFaster initiative, pledging to take real action on two critical focus areas: Gender Equality and Living Wage. These commitments align with our dedication to Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 8, affirming that fairness, dignity, and opportunity are core values at IPT.
According to the UN Blueprint for Business Action, IPT has been actively implementing extensive sustainability initiatives to advance these goals. From clean energy infrastructure to community empowerment, our programs reflect a direct response to the SDG framework.
At IPT, we believe that creating a sustainable corporate culture starts from within. We actively engage our employees at all levels in our sustainability journey; through volunteering initiatives, internal campaigns, awareness sessions, and dedicated sustainability committees. This inclusive approach fosters ownership, builds awareness, and encourages meaningful participation in driving progress across our SDG priorities. By embedding these values in our daily operations, we ensure that sustainability is not just a goal, it’s part of our identity.
