Based on IPT’s continuous concern to the growth and development of its employee’s skills, a training entitled "Expanding your Emotional Intelligence" was held on the 30th of January at Abington International Advisory – Jounieh, conducted by Mr. Fares Abi Nader who has 17 years of experience in design and deployment of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Business intelligence projects.
Managers and seniors at IPT attended a session where there was a remarkable interaction while discussing case studies aiming to enrich their emotional intelligence, gain better control over their behavior, enhance their communication skills, learn to thrive under stress and build a meaningful life balance.
The session also discussed leadership topic and how to create a successful team by leading by example, delegating and motivating the team continuously.
