Re-consider what it takes to maintain a clean home. Start using green cleaning products to clean your home naturally, without unpleasant chemical residue which can negatively impact the environment and harm your family's health. Naturally derived, those products are made using sustainable manufacturing practices and biodegradable ingredients. They are safe and non-toxic.
Below some tips you can follow:
- Vinegar: It has been used as a natural, chemical-free substitute and works well on multiple surfaces. Why not use plant cleaning products and essential oils to add a fresh smell to your home or office?
- Natural sponges: You can also use "sponges that are made from 100-percent natural plant-based fibers"; they won’t scratch mirror-finish pots and pans, which makes them perfect for everyday kitchen use.
- Orange essential oils: It’s an effective addition to homemade cleaners that is also a natural ingredient in many commercial cleaning products. In addition, orange essential oil is antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic.
- Dishwasher tablets: Plant-based and made with mineral ingredients. Be more eco-friendly by adding them to your next rinse cycle.
