Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of the Environment Mr. Tarek El Khatib, MoE, UNDP Lebanon, and IPT Energy center (IPTEC) are organizing a session on "Road Transport Sector and Air Pollution in Lebanon" as part of IBEF 2017. The event will take place on Monday, 18 September 2017- from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Azurea Ballroom, 12th floor, Le Royal Hotel- Dbayeh, and it will feature the distribution of reports and the study published in 2016.
The Agenda of the session will be as follows:
- Speech by Dr. Toni Issa, IPTEC President
- Presentation by Mrs. Lea Kai Abou Jaoude, Project Manager at the UNDP Climate Change Office, MoE
- Presentation by Dr. Najat Aoun Saliba, Professor of Chemistry, Faculty of Arts & Science, AUB
- Speech by H.E. Mr. Tarek El Khatib, Minister of the Environment
* The team will be available at "Quantum" stand to distribute informative brochures and studies published by IPTEC on sustainable energy.
