Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Information Mr. Melhem Riachy, IPT Energy Center (IPTEC) is organizing a press conference to launch "Quantum" the Advanced Fuel from IPT, as part of IBEF 2017. The conference will take place on Monday, 18 September 2017- from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at Azurea Ballroom, 12th floor, Le Royal Hotel- Dbayeh.

- Speech by Dr. Toni Issa, IPTEC President
- Speech by Eng. Pierre Khoury, LCEC General Director
