In line with our Energy & Environmental Management Strategy (EEMS), we built IPT’s First Sustainable Gas Station and first-of-its-kind in Lebanon in Amchit few meters away from IPT Headquarters; a role model station that features advanced solutions and innovations in the field of energy and water conservation and pollution reduction. It is also fully automated and technologically advanced with health and safety measures and a green landscape. One of the station’s Green and Sustainable features is an "eco-friendly air conditioning system": the station's air conditioning system - available at Bon Appetit convenience store and the station's office - uses R134a refrigerant which is ozone friendly and runs on inverter type compressors to significantly reduce energy cost and contribute to better fuel economy.
