We’re hiring a business owner for a customer-facing mobile loyalty platform.
This role needs someone who can grow app usage, improve the customer journey, manage loyalty engagement & coordinate with technical and business teams.

What you bring:
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with mobile apps or digital platforms
• Background in loyalty programs, rewards, CRM or customer engagement
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, retention and repeat usage
• Ability to track KPIs and turn data into growth actions
• Experience writing business requirements and following up with developers
• Strong coordination with marketing, commercial, operations, IT and partners
• Preferred background in fintech, digital payments, retail, telco or app-based services
• Commercial, analytical and customer-focused mindset.
