Bint Jbeil is the second largest town in the district of Bint Jbeil. It is around 122 kilometres away from Beirut and is characterized by a moderate climate. Its elevation is around 770 meters above sea level with an average annual rainfall of 600-700mm. The village covers an area of around 802 hectares (8.02 km ²). Bint Jbeil is bordered by Aitaroun, Ainata, Tiri, Ain Ebel, Yaroun, Maroun Al Ras and Koneben. And is distinguished by its slopes of hills and flat meadows.
