The annual gathering 2018 that brought together the IPT station owners from all over Lebanon was outstanding this year; not only because it was held within the framework of the International Beirut Energy Forum (IBEF 2018) and under the patronage of the Director General of Oil, Mrs. Aurore Feghali, but it was also culminated in the sudden and unexpected attendance of His Excellency the Minister of Energy & Water, Cesar Abi Khalil, who doesn't miss a chance to prove his strong support to IPT's responsible business practices and IPTEC's initiatives in the field of energy sustainability.
Following the gathering, H.E. Minister Abi Khalil - accompanied by Mr. Michel Issa, Chairman of IPT, Dr. Toni Issa, Vice Chairman and CEO, and Mrs. Feghali, the Director General of Oil - visited IPTEC stand that was showcased at the Forum in the exhibition hall. The Minister showed his strong support to IPT's responsible business practices and IPTEC's initiatives in the field of energy sustainability. IPTEC team explained to Minister Abi Khalil about the center's latest activities related to IPT's shift towards sustainable energy, in addition to the latest research and studies done in the field.
