Nearly 2 months after the application of the new Driving Law, the ISF Directorate General discloses that the road safety in Lebanon witnessed a positive improvement represented by a remarkable regression in the number of road accidents. The statistical table reveals that the number of deaths and injuries dropped to more than the half, and the number of road accidents decreased by 72%. The implementation of the law and the citizens’ increased responsibility on the roads kept away the death ghost, alleviating the suffering of many persons.
In its turn, IPT is proud to raise awareness on the New Driving Law through sponsoring “Btefro2 3a D2i2a” program on LBCI. The episodes are broadcasted daily before the news providing every day a new tip.
