In line with our commitment to ensuring highest levels of security in all operations we organized a training session for terminals employees in collaboration with the Lebanese civil defense.
The training took place on the 27th and 28th of February by the trainer Elie Khoury, and highlighted preventive measures and procedures to cope with fire hazards, emergency evacuation, fire entrapping, as well as first-aids support to injured employees.
On the first day the training concentrated on fire types, firefighting techniques, prevention measures and emergency evacuation. On the second day the training concentrated on the first aid kit & related medicines, injury & burn types and first aid techniques. In addition, the terminals employees had the opportunity to put all the acquired techniques into action in an on set test situation.
The terminal employees showed interest in the subject and interacted actively with the trainer.
