Lanfeng which is our main fuel dispensers supplier has sent us their technical team and the main goal of this visit was:
1- Site survey to customers that are using Lanfeng fuel dispensers and collection of ideas or complaints that can be added to the research design in order to improve the machines.
2- Development of a new protocol “IFSF code” to allow the fuel dispensers to be managed remotely by a fuel POS.
3- Check the weaknesses in the fuel dispensers that should be taken into consideration for later enhancements.
4- Launching a new series of fuel dispensers that are equipped with a printer, a new innovation that reduces fraud on gas stations.
5- Training for EQUIPT team in order to improve customer satisfaction and maintenance quality.
6- Research on fuel dispenser’s operation in order for them to improve quality, reliability, and value on all aspects.
