Blood Donation at IPT
The World Blood Donor Day is a recurrent ritual at IPT. In collaboration with the Lebanese Red Cross, and for the 3rd consecutive year, IPT hosted on June 13th this event in its headquarters, transforming it into a place to serve society.
Believing in the motto “Donate Blood- Save Life”, IPT encourages its employees –especially universal donors- to engage in such a charity act, and thanks them for their genuine giving. In their turn, IPT employees showed great support to Lebanon’s most active humanitarian organization; board members, managers, employees, everyone participated, whole-heartedly in this event. Mrs. Berthe Kallab -the Director of the Lebanese Red Cross bank of blood (Jbeil branch)- stated that she is proud of IPT’s initiative and determination to inaugurate the blood donation campaign each season. The blood donating process was monitored by medical personnel specialists of the Lebanese Red Cross.
IPT’s vision towards social responsibility is to engage more and more efforts into activities with the Lebanese Red Cross and to continue to reinforce its humanitarian causes.
