The Lebanese Powerful Mind Foundation (WRO) is organizing the Lebanese version of the World Robot Olympiad competition among students of Lebanese schools, which will be held on August 7th, 2022 at the municipality of Jbeil.
IPT has decided to participate in this national competition as a supporting partner.
To that end, a meeting was held at the IPT headquarters in Amchit, in the presence of Mrs. Jenny Chemali the official representative of the World Robot Olympiad in Lebanon, Mr. Wissam Zaarour President of Jbeil municipality, Dr. Rabih Baalbaki President of Lebanese Association for IT Professionals in Lebanon, and Dr. Tony Issa IPT CEO.
Dr. Tony Issa, decided to support this activity because of its importance and positive impact on the young generation and students, especially given the country's current circumstances.
Dr. Issa congratulated Jenny Chemali and all those who helped make this event a success and wished that the winning Lebanese students would be able to move to the final qualifying stages for the global competition, which will be held in Germany in November 2022.
