During the "IPT Annual Corporate & Gathering 2016", the General Manager of Pheonix Energy Mr. Rabih Osta delivered a presentation on the partnership with IPT aiming at transforming most of IPT Stations into green and sustainable.
During his intervention, Mr. Osta explained the various renewable energy applications that the station owners can implement not only to reduce energy consumption and lower the bad impact of the station's emissions on the environment, but also to generate profits by reducing energy cost. He also focused on the competitive advantage of installing a PV solar system on IPT stations characterized by a short payback period and an efficient environment protection.
He then stressed the importance of the agreement signed between IPT, Phoenix Energy, and Fransabank, which is a proof of our proactive approach towards today's environmental challenges and our commitment to nationwide green initiatives.
"IPT Annual Corporate & Gathering 2016" was held in July 2016 under the theme "Less Pollution, More Energy" in the presence of IPT Station Owners and managers.
At the end of the gathering, IPT team distributed to the station owners a "Green Poster" featuring simple steps that they can perform during their daily operations to help reducing the polluting effect of their station and preserving energy sources.
