Following our occupational QHSE policy, we pay great attention to the "safety" factor within all our operations. Our priority is to protect our customers as well as our staff to avoid any unnecessary incident that could risk their lives.
As we receive your visits daily at our gas stations to refuel your vehicles, we would like to draw your attention to the potential hazards involved. To stay safe, we recommend you to follow our safety signs displayed near the fuel dispensers:
• "No Smoking" sign: Gasoline is a highly flammable liquid that releases vapors which can trigger an ignition. Never smoke, light matches or use lighters around pumps or fuel containers.
• "Stop Your Engine" sign: Turn off your car's engine while pumping gas. Gasoline vapor that comes into contact with electrical wires while an engine is ON can trigger an explosion.
• "Don't Use your Cell phone" sign: Why expose yourself and others to danger just for making a call?
Mobile phones are not designed with “Intrinsic Safety” to make them able to operate safely in truly hazardous inflammable vapour situations.
