Job Scope:
The Legal Officer is responsible for monitoring and advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts and agreements, both internal and external, to ensure proper assessment of risks, proper management of company’s legal obligations, adherence to laws and regulations while providing legal expertise to management and different departments.
