Brief Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Marketing Manager to join our team at IPT, a leading player in the oil and gas industry. Based in Amchit, Lebanon, this role will focus on driving innovative marketing strategies, generating new ideas, and identifying emerging market trends to strengthen our brand’s position in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for creativity and market analysis, with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that push boundaries and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation and Idea Generation: Lead the development of forward-thinking marketing strategies with an emphasis on creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and innovative concepts to promote the company’s offerings in the competitive oil and gas sector.
- Trend Identification: Continuously research and analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth and to position the company at the forefront of the market.
- Campaign Development: Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms. Ensure campaigns align with company goals and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Brand Positioning: Drive brand awareness and market positioning through creative strategies that reflect the company’s mission, values, and expertise in the oil and gas sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and management teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support the overall strategic vision of the company.
- Market Research & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive market research to assess customer needs and competitor activity. Prepare detailed reports and analyses to provide insights for future marketing decisions.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the oil and gas or related industries.
Proven track record of developing creative marketing strategies and generating new ideas to drive business growth.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
