IPT vision to be Top-of-mind in providing better and trusted fuel can’t be reached without the joint efforts of each and every member of IPT family. Therefore, every year, IPT employees are invited to the annual employees gathering to celebrate their hard work, achievements and success.
This year, the annual employees gathering was special because it took place at IPT Headquarters on Saturday the 4th of May. The ceremony begun with a presentation about IPT vision and mission highlighting IPT market position and the big growth throughout the year, followed by a keynote by IPT Vice Chairman Dr. Toni Issa, in which he thanked all employees and showed his gratitude and appreciation to their hard work that contributed to IPT's success and he highlighted the company’s milestones and expressed his confidence in overcoming the future challenges. The Financial Director Mr. Albert Rouhana, talked about IPT’s success story and its future plans, in addition to the company’s social responsibility.
The employees were offered the chance to be an IPT decision maker and elect the best employee who received an appreciation certificate and a valuable gift as a recognition for his hard work. Moreover, IPT chose the best employee idea that contribute to achieve IPT vision and mission and decided to implement this idea through the year, the winner was rewarded and received a valuable prize. The best motivational speaker Anthony Rizk was present to spread positive vibes with his speech highlighting the importance of IPT vision and mission in employees’ daily work.
IPT also recognized the efforts and progress of 45 employees chosen from all the departments with an appreciation certificate and a valuable gift. Attendees then, were reunited to cut the cake and share lunch while enjoying an entertaining program.
