Michel Issa Foundation for Local Development (MIF) represented by its President Dr. Toni Issa signed a memorandum of understanding with Youth Energy for Development (YED) represented by the President of its board of trustees MP Simon Abi Ramia and YED President Mr. Hani Imad at IPT Headquarters.
This collaboration aims to create job opportunities for the youth by developing an online platform stayinginleb.com that easily links institutions and companies to job seekers with the needed competencies.
This step comes as part of MIF's mission to strengthen the capabilities of the local community through the implementation of local development projects and capacity building programs to foster employment and local income generation especially for the youth, thus avoiding the need to flee to the capital or to immigrate.
