IPT Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified as ISO 9001 compliant since 2013, with the latest version ISO 9001:2015 certification. This achievement proves IPT’s effective supply of products that meet international standards, serve customers’ needs and improve their satisfaction.
Based on the continuous implementation of QMS, and since the Top Management is always striving to develop the functional and productive capabilities of the employees, an ISO 9001:2015 awareness training session was conducted for both existing and new employees of IPT, on September 21st ,2022 at our headquarters in Amchit.
The session provided the trainees with the fundamental knowledge needed to work with QMS, ISO and the latest trends in Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Trained employees can develop their know-how and confidence needed to set the stakeholders matrix, business risks and opportunities in order to help the company build or improve its QMS and thus increase the company’s ability to identify, measure, control and improve its effectiveness.
