Job Scope:
The Terminals’ Mechanical Engineer is accountable for managing and supervising terminal from an administrative and operational aspects while ensuring a healthy and safe environment compliant with HSSE regulations.
Technical:
Manage operations tasks related to all terminal including truck filling, bottle filling and vessel discharging to name a few
Follow up on all tasks related to maintenance at the Terminals including assets equipment, tools, systems, etc.
Review & update when needed Terminals unified quality management system including procedures, forms, documents, objectives, KPIs etc. to ensure alignment and full compliance at all times
Follow up on the emergency response plans and all related initiatives including firefighting systems, routine drills, trainings, evacuations
Periodically generate reports and evaluations as per existing procedures and practices highlighting important matters when and as needed
Maintenance:
Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure all equipment are kept in good condition.
Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff
Communicate all terminal measures for all maintenance personnel
Develop engineering files and blueprints
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
