As part of our commitment to energy sustainability, we are proud to announce the installation of a Photovoltaic system (PV) and solar water heaters on the roof of our headquarters in Amchit. Through using solar energy as a natural source of power, we are now generating part of our electricity pollution-free thus minimizing our carbon footprint and conserving energy.
This step comes under the larger project executed in partnership with Phoenix Energy and Fransabank aiming to turn IPT Stations into green and sustainable stations across Lebanon.
To achieve this objective, we encouraged IPT station owners from all over Lebanon to opt for sustainable energy practices in IPT's yearly corporate gathering, shedding light therefore on the necessity to shift to the use of sustainable and renewable energy sources for a lower energy bill and less pollution.
With energy consumption rising at an alarming rate, IPT is more than ever committed to have sustainability practices embedded in its corporate culture and daily operations.
