Under the theme "Less Pollution, More Energy", IPT Group held its Annual Corporate Conference & Gathering for its stations’ owners and managers from all over Lebanon on Thursday July 28 at Metropolitan Palace (Hilton Habtoor) in Sin El Fil in the presence of Dr. Toni Issa (CEO), IPT Board Members and Executive Managers.
The gathering started with a documentary about sustainability underlining IPT's vision towards a cleaner environment, in parallel to projecting the company's proactive approach towards energy and environmental challenges. IPT’s opening speech was then addressed by Board Member Mr. Zakhia Issa.
After that, a presentation was delivered by the General Manager of Phoenix Energy Mr. Rabih Al Osta on renewable energy applications that IPT will start implementing to transform most of its gas stations into green and sustainable.
Within the same framework, a documentary was showcased to highlight the massive expansion and upgrade stages of IPT's storage facilities in 2011 to become in compliance with the highest standards requirements of health, safety and quality and to satisfy the growing needs of the Lebanese market.
At the end of the conference, IPT honored thirty of its best gas stations for the year and offered them trophies and valuable prizes. This honoring ceremony comes as part of IPT’s Annual “Leadership & Excellence Competition” launched among its stations' owners.
The conference was followed by a lunch attended by all invitees.
