Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of
Culture, Judge Mohammad Wisam al Mortada, and in the presence of distinguished
guests, IPT Energy Center (IPTEC) and Fabriano launched a drawing exhibition at
UNESCO Palace Beirut on Saturday May 18th, 2024.
More than 17000 students participated in the contest and the exhibition featured captivating drawings of 400 winners centered around Fabriano and IPT theme "Lebanon of Tomorrow After the
Discovery of Gas and Oil." The artworks reflected students' visions and
aspirations for Lebanon’s future, highlighting the potential economic and
social transformations following the discovery of these natural resources.
This event marks a significant milestone in IPTEC’s
collaboration with Fabriano, aiming to engage over 500 schools every year and
reaching out to more than 100,000 students across Lebanon. The initiative
encourages young minds to creatively express their hopes for their nation's
future in the context of newfound energy resources.
During the event, medals were awarded to the first
prize-winning students in recognition of their outstanding artistic
contributions, celebrating their creativity and insight.
