IPT and IPTEC are proud to announce the launch of the "SmartDriver" campaign on September 4th, 2023, dedicated to promoting responsible driving and educating drivers about the significance of regular car maintenance, eco-friendly practices, and fuel-efficient driving.
The campaign's inauguration was in the presence of Eng. Walid Nassar, the Minister of Tourism, and Rana Hayek, a mechanical engineer, car enthusiast, and renowned social media figure.
Throughout the campaign, Rana will share one-minute instructional video tips on various smart driving and car maintenance topics, which will be broadcasted on TVs and social media platforms for three months.
But that's not all! IPT is also launching the "Smart Driver Clinic," an online platform on its website where drivers can ask questions remotely. Eng. Rana Hayek will also have monthly live shows on VDL radio answering listeners' questions and providing live advice.
The campaign will also include on-ground activities across Lebanon, whereby Rana Hayek and IPT technicians will conduct free car checks and distribute printed brochures to promote responsible driving and car care.
