On Friday, September 13, IPT took another step forward in its commitment to sustainability by hosting an engaging Recycling Awareness Session for employees’ children, aged 4 to 12. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 13: Climate Action, reinforcing IPT’s dedication to fostering environmental stewardship across generations.
The workshop was organized under the umbrella of Grow with IPT, the company’s newly launched Learning and Training Academy, which aims to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning within the IPT family. The interactive session provided young participants with valuable insights into the importance of recycling through hands-on activities such as waste sorting, reducing plastic consumption, and repurposing everyday household items.
In a fun and educational setting, the children embraced sustainability by creating crafts from recyclable materials, helping them understand how small actions can have a big impact on the environment. The initiative not only educated the younger generation about the importance of recycling but also empowered them to become ambassadors of sustainability within their own homes and communities.
