Knowledge creates greater value when it moves across teams, functions, and generations of employees. As part of Grow with IPT, learning and training academy, IPT frontline managers successfully completed the Training of Trainers Certification Program at the Professional Training Center of Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
The achievement establishes IPT’s first team of certified functional trainers and marks an important step in the development of the Academy. These employees are now equipped to transform their professional experience and operational expertise into structured, relevant, and engaging learning programs for colleagues across the Group. Throughout the certification program, participants developed practical capabilities in adult learning, program design, facilitation, and knowledge transfer. The experience concluded with final presentations in which each participant designed and delivered a training session, applying the methodologies and skills acquired during the program.
The newly certified trainers will play an active role in developing and delivering future Grow with IPT programs. Their contribution will support knowledge sharing between teams, strengthen technical and leadership capabilities, and provide employees with learning experiences connected to the realities of IPT’s business. This internal training model also creates a multiplier effect. Expertise gained through years of professional experience can now be shared more consistently across the organization, helping more employees develop their capabilities and grow with the company.
Over time, selected programs may also extend learning opportunities to the surrounding community, supporting IPT’s wider commitment to education, professional development, and shared progress. IPT congratulates its newly certified functional trainers and extends its appreciation to the Professional Training Center of Saint Joseph University of Beirut for supporting this important milestone.
