A shared commitment to resilience, learning, and operational excellence brought IPT and Middle East Airlines together for a unique exchange of knowledge and best practices.
Following a special invitation from Middle East Airlines Chairman and Director General Mr. Mohammad El Hout, an IPT delegation visited MEA’s headquarters and Training & Conferences Center, where it was welcomed by Mr. El Hout alongside directors and senior officials.
As the first energy company invited to visit MEA’s Training & Conferences Center, IPT had the opportunity to discover one of the region’s leading aviation training environments, including advanced pilot and cabin crew simulation facilities, operational departments, and the technologies supporting Lebanon’s national carrier.
The experience provided valuable insight into the systems, expertise, and culture of continuous learning that underpin MEA’s operational excellence. It also highlighted the importance both organizations place on safety, preparation, innovation, and service continuity.
For decades, IPT and MEA have continued to serve Lebanon through periods of uncertainty. From the skies to the roads, both companies have built their resilience through strong teams, reliable operations, and a deep commitment to keeping Lebanon connected and moving.
The visit also created space for meaningful exchanges around training, technology, marketing, public safety, innovation, and operational best practices, opening perspectives for future collaboration and knowledge sharing.
For IPT, learning from excellence across industries is part of strengthening its capabilities, empowering its people, and helping shape the future of energy.
IPT extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohammad El Hout and the entire MEA team for their warm hospitality and for sharing an inspiring example of Lebanese leadership, resilience, and operational excellence.
