IPT and Dunkin’ Sign Strategic MoU, Advancing Retail Innovation, Leadership, and Customer-Centric Growth

Under the theme “From Operations to Impact: Skills, Growth & Empowering Journeys,” IPT Group hosted a landmark Fireside Chat and MoU signing ceremony with Mrs. Christine Assouad, CEO of Dunkin’ Lebanon, at IPT Headquarters in Amchit. The day marked a dual milestone: a candid conversation with one of Lebanon’s most influential entrepreneurs, and the launch of a strategic partnership set to elevate the retail experience across IPT stations. 
Following a welcome address, IPT and Dunkin’ formalized their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), unlocking new opportunities for growth, visibility, and customer engagement. The agreement lays the foundation for launching Dunkin’ outlets across key IPT service stations, uniting two powerhouse brands with a shared focus on scale, innovation, and value creation. 
The Fireside Chat, moderated by IPT’s Business Development Director Mr. Chadi Abou Nohra, offered deep insights into Christine Assouad’s transition from operational leadership to visionary strategy. Drawing on her journey as a founder, mother, and coach, she spoke openly about navigating Lebanon’s unpredictable landscape while empowering women and teams through initiatives like The Catalyst of Growth. The event concluded with a forward-looking message from Dr. Toni M. Issa, Executive Chairman of Issa Group, who underscored the momentum behind the partnership: “This isn’t just an MoU, it’s a strategic alignment. An expression of who we are, and how we lead: by creating meaningful partnerships that drive innovation, serve people, and shape the future of experience.” This event was not just a celebration of what’s been signed, it was a reflection of where IPT is heading: toward a more connected, collaborative, and customer-focused future.
