As part of this approach, IPT rolled out a new series of training sessions dedicated to the latest ELF product range, bringing together teams from station operations, network, corporate functions, and the ELF Expert Center.

The sessions focused on building product understanding and translating it into practical, day-to-day application. Through real-life scenarios, interactive discussions, and product comparisons, participants enhanced their ability to guide customers into recommending the best solutions, and delivering a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
