Mont La Salle students stepped inside IPT Headquarters in Amchit for more than a visit. They stepped into the reality of how a modern energy group operates. As part of "Grow with IPT" Learning and Training Academy, IPT welcomed students from Mont La Salle Ain Saade for an Orientation Day focused on career exploration and informed decision making. The objective was clear: bridge academic choices with real roles inside a forward-looking energy and mobility company.
Throughout the visit, representatives from logistics, operations, governance, QHSE, marketing and communication, sustainability, finance,commercial  and strategic planning shared practical insights about their responsibilities and professional journeys. Students discovered how engineering, business, finance, environmental sciences, and marketing translate into structured career paths within the energy sector.
Rather than presenting theory, IPT teams demonstrated how strategy, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration shape daily decision making inside an integrated energy group.
Through open dialogue and real examples, students connected school subjects with professional realities. They gained clarity on how today’s academic choices can position them inside tomorrow’s energy transition landscape.
