Some responsibilities start before the workday begins and continue long after it ends.
This Father’s Day, IPT brought employees together across its terminals to celebrate the fathers who give so much of themselves at work, at home, and within the IPT family. The gatherings created a simple but meaningful moment of appreciation, with colleagues sharing breakfast, conversations, and warm wishes in recognition of the fathers whose dedication, patience, and sense of responsibility are felt every day.

At IPT, moments like this matter because they remind us that behind every role is a person carrying more than a job title: a father, a colleague, a mentor, a friend. Someone showing up every day for his family and his team. This celebration was a way to say thank you to the fathers who bring strength, care, and quiet leadership into the workplace.
