Building the next generation of energy talent: IPT welcomes its 2026 summer interns.
The future of energy will be shaped by the people entering the industry today. This summer, university students from across Lebanon joined IPT to take an important step from academic learning into the professional world of energy and mobility. Through Grow with IPT, learning and training academy, IPT’s Summer Internship Program connects emerging talent with real business experience, industry expertise, and the evolving opportunities shaping the energy sector.
Coordinated directly with participating universities, the program strengthens the connection between academia and industry, giving students the opportunity to work alongside IPT professionals, contribute within real teams, develop practical skills, and explore different career paths. As energy and mobility continue to evolve, the sector is creating opportunities for a broad new generation of talent, from engineers and technical specialists to business professionals, digital talent, communicators, and innovators.
Through their time at IPT, students gain firsthand exposure to this evolving environment while discovering how their own knowledge, interests, and capabilities can contribute to its future. The experience is also an opportunity for exchange. This summer’s interns brought curiosity, ambition, fresh ideas, and new perspectives to IPT teams across the business, creating valuable interactions between experienced professionals and young people preparing to begin their careers.
