As part of 'Grow with IPT' Learning and Training newly established academy, IPT concluded a specialized training session titled "Safety, Prevention, and Distribution Ethics: Comprehensive Work Instructions for WP Truck Drivers." This training underscored IPT’s commitment to promoting safety, prevention, and ethical practices throughout its operations.
Held early September, the sessions provided WP truck drivers with important knowledge and skills, focusing on daily truck readiness checks, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a deep understanding of professional ethics. The program is aligned with IPT's dedication to cultivating a safety-first culture and achieving operational excellence, in line with the core values of the 'Grow with IPT' Academy.
Participants took part in both theoretical and practical exercises, including live demonstrations with fully equipped trucks. They were also provided with essential guides and training materials. This initiative further strengthens IPT's mission to invest in employee development and uphold public safety.
