Grow with IPT newly established Learning and Training Academy, in line with IPT's QHSE Policy, organized an essential first aid training for all IPT employees. Conducted by specialized trainers from the Lebanese Red Cross, Jbeil branch, this program was designed to certify participants in first aid, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage workplace emergencies and minor injuries.
The workshop covered critical topics such as emergency response protocols, basic life support techniques, and injury assessment. Employees received hands-on training in first aid, equipping them to provide immediate care until the arrival of the Lebanese Red Cross ambulance team. The training sessions included real-life scenarios and practical demonstrations to ensure participants gained a thorough understanding of first aid procedures.
