In reference to our continuous commitment to training and development, IPT conducted from August 18th to November 24th, training sessions about “Effective Leadership Development” from LMI (Leadership Management International) - USA attended by managers from different departments.
The training was managed by Mr. Hani Imad at IPT Headquarters.
The training is aimed at mentoring, training, and organizational planning, with individual activities such as job rotation, job shadowing, and project leadership.
Paving the way towards more achievements, we understand that our managers are our Leaders and that our success starts internally from within.
