Brief Responsibilities:
Job Scope:
The job of sales Representative is to focus on customers’ needs by providing services to existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Scouting & Sales
Conduct visits to old & new clients according to the schedule set by its sales department
Offer and sell the widest possible range of the company's products to customers and provide all effort to achieve the goals
Inform the manager about any customer complaints that is difficult to solve
Build positive relationships with customers based on professionalism, transparency and mutual benefit
Verify and follow up on the implementation of the agreement terms
Display and promote company's products during his tour of the points of sale
Coordinate with the concerned department to ensure proper delivery of orders to the clients in a timely manner
Customer Service
Collect information from the market related to product, competitor stations, competition prices, trade policies, consumer feedback …etc;
Prepare and submit the required daily, weekly and monthly reports
Attend meetings expressing opinions, and taking directives from the department manager
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Previous Experience is preferable Education: BA in Business Administration or Management or related field
