• To manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• To conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• To carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• To assess potential risks, materials and costs
• To provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• To monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• To manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• To liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• To schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• To make sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
• To assess the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• To ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• To fulfill project requirements by training and guiding operators
• BA degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and be a team worker
