IPT's Automated Fuel Monitoring System: Launched in Lebanon & Spread Worldwide

On the 13th of February 2017, representatives from Siemens International visited IPT headquarters in Amchit to congratulate IPT Group and AutomatiX for Launching "the First Entire Supply Chain Automated Fuel Monitoring System in the Middle East" under the title of “Oil and Gas solutions, from the refinery to the customers’ vehicles on Gas stations”.

After checking the project, Siemens International presented certificates of excellence for IPT, represented by Dr. Toni Issa, president of IPT Energy Center (IPTEC), and AutomatiX, represented by Mr. Elias Bechaalani, CEO.

Siemens transformed this automated system into a global product announced in its Exhibition in Germany, SPS IPC Drive.

Worth mentioning that IPT's Central Monitoring and Control System was launched in 2015 and is developed by AutomatiX in partnership with the German Leader Siemens. The purpose of this system is to offer complete remote and accurate management and control of all the operations on the stations, covering the entire supply chain from the unloading of petroleum products at IPT terminal, to the storage, distribution and sales on gas stations.

This monitoring system will allow a full control of the quality and quantity of our products from the tanks to the consumers.
