As part of its CSR activities and enthusiasm for art and culture, IPT is supporting "Tyre international Festivals 2017" starting on Thursday July 20 with a dedicated show for Tyre city: “Tyre, a city with Memories and Dreams”.
Tyre International Festivals were first launched in 1996 and strive to play a positive role in the development of the local community, shed light on rural activities and forgotten crafts, and support the hospitality aspect of Tyre the ancient and UNESCO classified heritage city. The Festival’s program will be as follow:
- July 20-22: A show by Dr.Jamal Abou El Hosn “Tyre,a city with Memory and Dreams”
- July 28-19: A show by the Spanish choreographer Carmen Motta in her latest show "Antologia"
- August 4: A night with the Lebanese singer Wael Jassar
- August 5: A night with Cheb Khaled
- August 6: Poetry night
