Worth mentionning that the EAA was launched and organized by UNDP and IPT Energy Center (IPTEC). The winners were announced in a ceremony held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Energy & Water Mr. Arthur Nazarian and in the presence of UNDP Country Director Mr. Luca Renda, and IPTEC president Dr. Toni Issa.
