Redeeming your points is as easy as 1, 2, 3

If you have already used your card(s) and would like to take advantage of the available Cards Loyalty programs, but you don’t know how many points you have accumulated or how to get your gift voucher, follow the 3 steps below:

Know Your Points

To find out how many card loyalty points you have earned, you can either consult your card statements sent to you at the end of every month. Print up or check your Byblos Bank e-banking account, or you can contact Byblos Bank Customer Service at +961.1.205050 and our representatives will provide you with your cards loyalty points balance.

Choose Your Gift

Once you know your point balance, you can choose your gift from the Byblos Bank Cards Loyalty Program booklet available at all branches or from the IPT-Byblos Bank Cards Loyalty Program booklet available at all IPT gas stations.

Get Your Voucher

If you have chosen your gift, you can get your voucher by calling Byblos Bank's Customer Service at +961.1.205050 or by visiting any Byblos Bank branch. Your request will be channeled and within 2 days, you will be able to collect your voucher from your branch. \
